Owners, architects, builders, and managers gathered on Tuesday, May 25 for the groundbreaking of Chanhassen’s new 55+ active living community, Lake Place. Partners include Silver Creek and Summit Development Companies, Walker Methodist, Tushie Montgomery Architects, and CBS Construction. Opening November 2022, the community will offer 110 apartment homes to those age 55 and older. To promote a spirited and vibrant lifestyle, Lake Place amenities include a fitness center, bike stations, pickleball courts, a coffee bar, a fireplace, outdoor features, and more.
